Chef Rich Paolo on In the Kitchen: Pasta Florentine

Go Providence has brought in Chef Rich Paolo of Pamfilio’s Deli and Catering to make Pasta Florentine with fresh Roma tomatoes.

Pamfilio’s Catering and Deli in Cumberland has come up with team-building exercises designed to please the palate (9/27/15)

Pamfilio’s, which already has corporate outings as 10 percent of its business, is now offering cooking classes as outings, said Dennis Labossiere, the caterer’s sales director. Hunter Insurance in Lincoln participated in late spring with 15 employees, and found the interaction helped strengthen its commercial and claims teams, said Brian Hunter, the insurance company’s president and owner. Pamfilio's recognized with "Star of the Industry Award" (12/31/14)

The R.I. Hospitality Association recently recognized Pamfilio's Italian Ristorante & Catering at their "Stars of the Industry" awards ceremony.
