"Dennis & Pamfilios were amazing! They catered our wedding in June, and our guests raved about the food and the waitstaff. Dennis was so communicative, and he provided great planning tools to help us prepare for the big day. He sat down with us many times to make sure every detail was perfect, even going with me to the linen rental place where I spent 1.5 hours debating colors! He was so patient and he was there with us every step of the way. The waitstaff was so incredibly attentive to the groom and I, making sure we ate and drank despite the craziness of being the day. The food was outstanding. And Dennis brought it all together seamlessly. We couldn't be happier!"

"Dear Chef Dan, I cannot let the day pass without sending my utmost praise for the art, the work, the passion, the knowledge and expertise you brought to the Sylvanus Brown House at Slater Mill yesterday for the debut of "Hearth Cooking” in an iconic American historical setting!!! Everything was outstanding! The tastes…for simple food that has remained through these centuries as basic to American cuisine, were stunning…as I’m sure you could tell from your admiring new fans! There was not a scrap left…the on-site staff and the RI Spinners Guild who were meeting upstairs in Slater, enjoyed the last taste. I did finish cooking the demonstration soup in the cauldron—it is delicious—that smoky flavor is so unexpected!! You did a GREAT job: fun, informative, packed with info, insights, and tips that only a master chef can share! Thank you so much for everything. It was a beautiful day today, so I went back to the Mill and set the House back in final order, but you have made that hearth your own—and I look forward to the next episode of culinary time travel!!!"
